1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sunan mobile application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Sunan is a Sunnah-based daily habit-building application designed to help Muslims incorporate Prophetic traditions into their daily lives. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sunan provides users with the ability to:

• Browse and subscribe to Sunnah practices across various categories (Prayer, Dhikr, Food, Dua, and more)
• Track daily progress on subscribed Sunnah habits
• Read and practice morning and evening Azkar with interactive counters
• Receive timed notifications and reminders for Sunnah practices
• Earn points and track achievements for completed tasks
• Access detailed descriptions and authentic references for each Sunnah

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of Sunan, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Sunan.

4. Subscriptions & Content

Sunan offers both free and premium Sunnah content. Users may subscribe to individual Sunnah practices to add them to their daily routine. Some content may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You agree to the subscription pricing displayed at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with prior notice

5. Sunnah Content & Religious Accuracy

All Sunnah content in the App is sourced from authentic Islamic references and Hadith collections. While we strive for accuracy, Sunan is intended as a habit-building tool and should not be considered a substitute for scholarly religious guidance. Users are encouraged to consult qualified Islamic scholars for detailed rulings and interpretations.

6. Notifications & Reminders

Sunan uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications and Sunnah reminders. You may customize or disable notifications at any time through the App settings or your device settings. We are not liable for missed notifications due to device settings, network issues, or third-party service disruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, illustrations, icons, logos, and functionality of the Sunan App are owned by Sunan and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Misrepresent Sunnah content or use it in a misleading manner

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Sunan at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or any conduct that we deem harmful to other users or the integrity of the App. You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon termination, your progress data, points, and subscriptions will be permanently removed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sunan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Sunan, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, progress, or spiritual practice records.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
